SWEET TEA is just two blocks (an easy five-minute walk) from the public beach access, the Yaupon fishing pier, and casual-dining restaurants. In the opposite direction, you'll find the intracoastal waterway for fishing, crabbing, and viewing wildlife. With Oak Island Bridge in close proximity, you'll have no problem zipping over to the nearby historical town of Southport where shops and restaurants await your exploration.

SWEET TEA has plenty of parking, and you'll find storage under the house for fishing boats and equipment.
